Waited almost 3 weeks for another company to not even touch my vehicle. Had a co-worker that referred CARS. Pulled it home and not only did Corey's guys come and tow my vehicle to his shop they had it done 3 days before I needed it. Highly recommend.

These guys answered my call before they were officially open, towed my truck in some of the crappiest weather and road conditions and had me rolling two days later. Fast, professional service at a VERY reasonable price. I did have an issue with something they repaired after I picked up the truck, but it was past their close time, and no one answered the phone. However, Corey did call me back later that evening, but I had fixed the minor issue myself. I feel like my scenario is 1000% the exception of their norm and i would be the .001% of an issue after repair. Also, had i been local (this truck is based in Ft. Wayne, but broke down in Elwood, and had to be on a job the next day) I am 1000% positive that Corey would have made everything perfect, had i given him the chance. I hope to never be broke down again, but if I am, I hope it's around this shop.

Corey did a fantastic job!! Brought the car in because it needed everything: oil change, AC recharge, air in tires. To top it off, had concerning sounds from tires and shaking in the steering wheel. Our tires and wheels were a wreck, thanks to my rough handling, so he worked with us to chose replacements. It took us a while to make a decision but he was so patient with us. Once we committed, he ordered and installed new wheels and tires, made sure they were aligned, recharged the AC, and changed the oil. All for a better price than we could have gotten anywhere else, BY FAR. Thank you so much Corey!

So I found C.A.R.S on accident. Accidently dialed his number, looking for another repair shop. He called me back. I told him what my issue was. We talked for a good 45 min about the issue. After telling him the issue he recommended doing other repairs while he had the engine out. I was skeptical about his business, being lack of a worthy shop, as in being a backyard mechanic. After a few days of contemplating, I told him "let's do it" I am in Fort Wayne and the vehicle needed towed to Marion. He added we can tow for X amount of money I agreed. He had the vehicle for about a week, and i stopped in and he walked me through everything he was doing. And was very detailed about the repair. I became friends with Corey at that moment, knowing I could trust this shop and him. I recommend C.A.R.S. and definitely would use him again!!! Very reasonable on price and he takes his time to make sure your vehicle is safe and put back correctly.

Honestly, I wish I could give a bonus star for this customer service! I had my brakes start making a funny noise coming through Indy after more than 600 miles on the road. I was visiting my mom for Labor Day weekend and it was almost 5:00. I called a big box brake place in town and they gave me the run around for several hours on Saturday. I called Corey at around 2pm on Saturday of this holiday weekend. He not only sourced the rotor and brake pads I needed, but the other store said wasn't available, but he came in to install it all on a Sunday to help me get back on the road to Oklahoma by Monday morning. He was reasonably priced and far better at communication and customer service than his in-town competitors. I highly recommend. He clearly knows his line of work well. And is happy to go above and beyond.

My wife was in Marion going to set up a vender booth at a craft fair when our truck broke down. I pulled google to find the closest shop that was going to be open (Saturday) found C.A.R.S. Looking at the reviews really quick and read the business details and made my decision pretty quickly to have our truck towed there. I called Cory we talked for a bit being a veteran owned made me feel even more comfortable being a vet myself. He had our truck back to us Monday afternoon being a pretty simple fix didn't take long to find the problem and didn't gouge us for it. Cory was honestly hands down best mechanic I've ever dealt with, quick and effective repair and didn't charge an arm and leg and our first born Lol. Definitely recommend!

I'm from out of town and was here in Marion for work when I started experiencing engine issues. Not knowing anything about the town I went to Google to look up repair shops. I looked at the stars and read the reviews and Corey's seemed to me to be the most honest. I was in the hospital for a few days and the car was dead in the emergency room parking lot when I contacted Corey. When I got out of the hospital, Corey went the extra mile to come to the hotel to get the key and he towed the car to his shop. We discussed a couple possible problems and he went through them. Unfortunately it was bigger than what I thought it would be, but he was always upfront and honest. I can see why his shop is hopping.

Great people, and they are so willing to work with you. Corey is a great guy, and he is very straight forward with you about what needs to be done. He will not mislead you in any way. He will show you proof and let you make your own decisions, of course, but when he is done with your car, you can guarantee that you will be safe driving it no matter where you are going. I was passing through with a heavy loaded trailer and had a wheel with brake drum fall off the trailer. Everyone there treated me like a local and helped get me back on the road. They were polite, professional, and valued me as a customer. They knew I was stranded there and worked quickly to get me back on the road and didn't overcharge me. Can't say enough great things about the business and everyone there. Highly recommend them.

My car had a come apart on the freeway and I limped into his garage without an appointment. He got right on it and had answers in minutes. Corey went above and beyond to help me out. As ex military he has high standards and was so offended by the negligent work that had previously been done at the dealer that he personally called them and made it clear they had caused this issue. The dealer changed their tune and is now taking care of everything, and Corey for his work. I am grateful that I found CARS in my time of need, couldn't be more pleased, and appreciate his good work and integrity.
